Customer Service Agents are available from 8am to Midnight, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank / Public Holidays), and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. Should you require assistance or wish to carry out a non-routine transaction during these hours, you can speak to an agent by pressing the * key on your phone.

Agent service allows you to:

• Check or cancel standing orders and direct debits
• Stop payment on a cheque
• Notify us of your change of address
• Re-order a Bank of Ireland 365 PIN
• Re-order a Bank of Ireland 365 cash ATM card and PIN
• Add, delete or amend the details of the bills you want to pay via Bank of Ireland 365 phone or online
